Miniaturi cu sfinti
Modelele prezentate in paginile acestei sectiuni reprezinta diverse icoane pe sticla complexe, lucrate miniatural, avand diferite influente bizantine, gotice, armene, reprezentand diversi sfinti crestini.
Specificul acestor icoane o reprezinta complexitatea lucrarii lor, caracterizata prin detaliile foarte fine prezente in model. Tehnica de realizare este aceeasi cu cea a icoanelor pe sticla, precum si aplicarea foitei de aur folosita pentru evidentierea anumitor zone, in special aurele sfintilor.
Ramele sunt lucrate manual in lemne de esente tari (fag, stejar), patinate si tratate printr-un procedeu de invechire pentru a-i darui lemnului un aspect cat mai autentic.
